Office for Mac 2011 Sparklines
As the time when a new Office for Mac will arrive to replace the 2008 version approaches, we are given some previews of what to expect in this new package. The new features introduced were not disappointing. The first of these is the Sparklines which provides numerical graphs that quickly show changes in data over time. This feature is already present in the 2010 Excel for Windows but is set to arrive to Mac via the Excel 2011.
The other notable feature of the Office 2011 for Mac is the capability to edit photos in all the Office suits such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. With this new feature, a user can do some simple photo-editing tasks such as removal of background, color correction and more.
The Office 2011 for Mac is priced at Office for Mac Home and Student edition for $120 (Php5,400) or $150 (Php6,750) with three installs respectively or Office for Mac Home and Business edition for $200 (Php9,000) or $280 (Php12,600) with two installs. Education editions will cost $100.
