Apple has delayed the release of the white iPhone model due to several supposed reasons such as finding the right thickness for the paint to prevent it from flaking or from peeling of. Officially, it was stated that the iPhone 4 white will be released later this year. So we should expect this to be officially available in the Philippines probably next year.
